Cold | Flu Seasons Arrives with Change of Weather

As we go from summer to fall it is important to remember to dress our children appropriately for the weather which in Texas can change in a minute.

We provide opportunities to play outside twice daily.

To ensure your child’s comfort  please send a light weight sweater or jacket, labeled with your child’s name to keep in his/her cubby.

Also with the change of weather comes the cold and flu season.

Hand washing is the number one defense against the spread of germs.

We  also provide hand sanitizer for you and your chilld to use upon arrival to cut down on the germs that enter the center.

We also need to remind you that a child is excluded from care when they have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or greater along with symptoms or behavior chhanges.

They may not return to care until  they are free of fever and symptoms (diahrea & vomitting) without the aid of medication for 24 hours or a note  from a doctor.

Thank you for your support and understanding.
